What is the Accounting Page?

This is the page you can use to track and run your QuickBooks exports. For more information on connecting with QuickBooks, use these links:

Export

Depending on what version of QuickBooks you are using, the Export Page will look slightly different.

QuickBooks Online

Get Connected to QuickBooks Online

If you have not already connected to QuickBooks Online, this page will have an option to connect from here. To learn more about this click here.


Non-Posted Records Summary

Here you can see the number of pending Invoices and payments within ServiceMonster. Click on the “# Pending” to see the list of pending invoices or payments.

Non-Posted Records Summary

Here you can see the number of pending Invoices and payments within ServiceMonster. Click on the “# Pending” to see the list of pending invoices or payments. 


Non-Posted Invoices

Here you can view a list of your Invoices that have not yet been exported to Quickbooks. You can click on the order number to go to the page for that order, and you can click on the account name to go to the account page for that account. 


Non-Posted Payments

Here you can view a list of your payments that have not yet been exported to QuickBooks. You can click on the Payment link to view the payment details for that order, the order number to go to the page for that order, and you can click on the account name to go to the account page for that account.


Export History

Here you can see a record of your past exports. Click on the Posted Date to view the details of that export.
