Update Your Profile & Billing For FillMySchedule (FMS) 2.0

Why Should I Update My FMS Profile?

You may need to update your FMS profile if there are any changes to your return address, signature, or logo. It's important to keep all of your contact information up-to-date. And of course, keeping your billing information up-to-date is important in ensuring all your FMS orders are filled and delivered on time.

Update FMS Billing Information

From the Main Menu, select the "FMS" tab, then select the "FMS Billing" icon.

From the Payment Card line, select the "Update" button.

Fill out your new payment information, then select "Save" when you are finished. Fields marked in red are required.

Update FMS Profile Information

Please note that any changes made here within your FMS Profile will update all active campaigns to save you time.

From the Main Menu, select the "FMS" tab, then select the "FMS Profile" icon.

Check that your Contact Information is all correct and make any changes. Fields marked in red are required.

The Return Address you enter here is where your cards will be sent if they are returned by the post office. Scroll down to continue.

Here you can upload a new logo by clicking on the image and then selecting the new logo file from your computer.

You can also edit and adjust your signature as you would like it to appear on your cards. Choose a font and size from the toolbar that you feel matches your natural signature best.

Please select "Save" when you are finished.
